Director of the Judicial Department of Armenia Khachik Ghazaryan has filed a lawsuit against former Chairman of the Public Council of Armenia Styopa Safaryan in the Administrative Court, as reported the Judicial-Information System.

Ghazaryan demands that the Administrative Court subject Styopa Safaryan to administrative liability.

The attorneys of Judge Zaruhi Nakhshkaryan had spoken out about subjecting Safaryan to administrative liability with an application submitted to the Supreme Judicial Council.
