This is the call that deputy of the opposition “Armenia” faction of the National Assembly of Armenia Gegham Manukyan made on his Facebook page, touching upon the statement of Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan that the Azerbaijani side will start setting up customs points on the Goris-Kapan motorway today.

“Today on Armenian Public Television, Armen Grigoryan declared that the Yerevan-Kapan motorway has been in the best condition for the past 15 years and, alongside this, informed that Azerbaijan has stared setting up customs points on the Goris-Kapan motorway. One has to be brainless to take pride in the quality of asphalting of the road after losing a homeland? Were Armen Grigoryan and the others chanting they are the owners of the country?

Tomorrow at 11 a.m. come to Republic Square and show resistance. Are we showing resistance? Let’s show resistance. Who is coming? We’re waiting. Today the authorities officially declared that the Goris-Kapan motorway will be under Azerbaijani control from now on. Moreover, a government official today visited Syunik Province, officially declared the end of construction of a roundabout, and the enemy continued the conspiratorial act of the Armenian authorities by closing the highway. Shall we tolerate this? Who will be held liable, the government? They will be holding a session in the morning, and we have the right to ask them questions. Everything can’t be kept a secret. We will demand an answer from the government,” Manukyan wrote.
