The Parliament of Luxembourg has unanimously adopted a resolution calling on the government to not endorse the deepening of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the European Union until all the Armenian prisoners of war and civilians being illegally held in Azerbaijan are repatriated, the Embassy of Armenia in The Netherlands reports.
