The first session of the newly elected Council of Elders of Goris, Armenia, was held.
The opposition "Arush Arushanyan" Bloc was represented by 13 representative, the ruling Civil Contract Party—by 7, and the Armenian National Congress party—by one representative.
At the sitting, Arush Arushanyan was re-elected mayor of Goris—and by virtue of law.
To note, Arushanyan is under arrest.
