The Civil Aviation Committee of Armenia has received from Novair airline company a bid to carry out flights to and from Yerevan and Kapan

The flights will be launched on January 20, 2022, with two flights a week, as stated in the decision adopted during today’s government session.

The rationale of the decision states that funding for the Syunik airport in Kapan is temporarily terminated, and this may pose risks to further operation of the airport.
