The experts of the UN Human Rights Committee have "advised" Armenia not to accumulate police forces, not to groundlessly detain the participants, not to use disproportionate force in the places of peaceful assemblies. Human rights activist, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) former Human Rights Ombudsman, co-founder of the “Legal Path” NGO  Ruben Melikyan wrote about this on Facebook.

"Also, the Committee's experts expressed concern about the legislative and executive powers' influence over the courts, the procedures for appointing judges and terminating their [respective] powers," Melikyan added, in particular.
