President Vladimir Putin is going to address the enlarged meeting of the Russian foreign ministry board on November 18—and in a face-to-face format. This was confirmed by presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov, TASS reports.
"Yes," Peskov replied when asked if Putin was expected to deliver a non-online address on current international issues at the aforesaid meeting next Thursday.
