Deputy Artur Hovhannisyan has been elected secretary of the “Civil Contract” faction of the National Assembly of Armenia, the faction’s press release reads.
Nazeli Baghdasaryan used to hold the position of secretary after the formation of the parliament of the eighth convocation, but on October 29, she dropped her mandate, and on November 8, she was appointed Governor of Shirak Province upon the decision of the Prime Minister.
