Armenia’s Ambassador to the United States of America Lilit Makunts today held a phone call with Dereck Hogan, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, the press release of the Embassy of Armenia to the United States of America reads.

The Ambassador presented the situation on Armenian borders resulting from the military aggression unleashed by the Azerbaijani armed forces. Makunts stressed the urgent need of the targeted call by international community to condemn the militaristic actions undertaken by Azerbaijan against the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia.
