Taking advantage of the impotence of the weak and defeatist authorities of Armenia, Azerbaijan launched another aggression against Armenia in an attempt to ensure the new stage of Armenia’s capitulation. This is stated in the statement issued by the Executive Body of the Republican Party of Armenia.

“In the wake of the war in 2020, we had warned several times that the incumbent authorities were not only going to fail to solve the issue of restoration of Armenia and Artsakh in the post-war period and were going to mislead the people with the false propaganda of opening a new era of peace, but were also going to contribute to the process of transferring our homeland piece by piece.

It is clear that the capitulator authorities of Armenia have led the country to the threshold of a new horror.

Taking into consideration the aforementioned, the Executive Body of the Republican Party of Armenia:

- Demands that the incumbent regime provides the public with complete and exact information about the situation caused by Azerbaijan’s aggression and the diplomatic efforts made;

- Demands stopping the adventurism and immediately applying to the Russian Federation with the request for help, in full observance of the legal procedure, taking as a basis the 1995 Treaty between the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation on the Military Base of Russia in the territory of the Republic of Armenia (with amendments made on August 20, 2010);

- Expresses full support to the Armed Forces of Armenia;

- Expresses its deep condolences to the families of the deceased servicemen;

- Addresses its international partners with the call to condemn the subsequent aggression of Azerbaijan against Armenia and to impose international sanctions.

The Republican Party of Armenia is certain that the immediate resignation of the existing insane authorities will make it possible to save Armenia from perdition,” the statement also reads.
