A 5.0-magnitude earthquake hit Turkey’s northwestern Duzce province on Wednesday, Turkey’s Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency announced on its website.
The earthquake was felt in the nearby provinces, including Kocaeli, Istanbul, Bursa, Kastamonu, Karabük, and Bartın, the local sources said.
Turkish Minister of Internal Affairs Suleyman Soylu tweeted that there are still no reports on the victims.
