Human Rights Defender of Armenia Arman Tatoyan today held a phone discussion with the acting Head of the Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Armenia, as reported the Office of the Human Rights Defender of Armenia.

“Issues related to the captives of the Armenian side who found themselves on the Azerbaijani side on Nov. 16 and before that were discussed. Taking into consideration the mandate of the International Committee of the Red Cross, we can’t provide other details,” the press release reads.
