During the question-and-answer session in the National Assembly yesterday, I stated that since May 2021, Russia has made three proposals on carrying out demarcation and delimitation between the borders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, and all three [proposals] have been acceptable and continue to be acceptable to us. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the government of Armenia.
"After my statement yesterday, the Russian Ministry of Defense has made proposals on the preparatory phase of demarcation and delimitation. I want to reaffirm that these proposals are acceptable to us," Pashinyan added.
Subsequently, the PM addressed Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan, and said: "Please clarify the details with your Russian counterpart, and we will try to implement the proposals within the framework and on the basis of the proposals made by Russia."
