Russia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov held a telephone conversation with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, TASS reports.
“Today the Turkish Foreign Minister held telephone negotiation with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov. The parties discussed the bilateral ties and a number of regional issues,” the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
