The Azerbaijani ex-FM expressed gratitude to the Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, the head of the Alternative NGO Narek Mantashyan wrote on his Facebook.

According to him, two months before the defeat of Armenia in the 44-day war, Pashinyan was thanked for disrupting the negotiation process.

"He was thanked for the fact that he failed the negotiation process with his “zero point ”, having essentially untied the hands of Azerbaijan. It was on July 2020. Well, of course, they were grateful to him. How could it be otherwise?" Mantashyan noted.
