A plane of the Azerbaijani AZAL airline company flew from Nakhchivan to Baku through Armenia’s airspace.

The data of Flightradar24.com shows that the plane flew over Jermuk in Vayots Dzor Province, Vardenis in Gegharkunik Province, as well as the occupied territories of Artsakh, and then headed towards Baku.

News about the first flight of Azerbaijani airline companies through Armenia’s airspace was announced when AZAL organized a flight to and from Baku and Nakhchivan in October 2021.
