An increase in the value of the Armenian dram is being observed. Governor of the Central Bank of Armenia, Martin Galstyan, told this to a press conference Tuesday.
He explained that the Armenian national currency has risen a little.
According to him, the exchange rate is impacted by a number of factors that are conditioned by supply and demand.
"There are no fundamental reasons for fluctuations [in the exchange rate]. But there can always be short-term fluctuations," Galstyan added.
