The world gold prices are rising Friday morning, consistent with trading data.
Accordingly, the gold futures for February went up by 0.32 percent, or by $5.7, to $1,803.7 per troy ounce at the COMEX stock exchange of New York.
But the price of silver futures for March dropped by 0.1 percent, to $22.462 per ounce.
