The preliminary court hearing over the criminal case launched against citizens of Armenia Ishkhan Sargsyan and Vladimir Rafayelyan was held in the Sabunchi District Court of Baku, Haqqin.az reports.

The personal data of the accused were verified during the preparatory session.

Both citizens of Armenia are charged under Article 214.2.3 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan (terrorism that was committed through the use of firearm and objects used as weapons).
