PreferredAzerbaijanis have pompously opened a filling station in the area of the Goris-Kapan motorway of Syunik Province of Armenia that is under the control of Azerbaijan.
The opening was held on Dec. 20 and attended by President of SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev.
