During a meeting held at Yerevan Municipality, Hayk Marutyan bid the staff farewell, as reported on the Facebook page of Yerevan Municipality.

Expressing gratitude for the three years of cooperation, Marutyan stated that large-scale activities have been carried out in all directions of municipal economy and, most importantly, systemic solutions have been provided.

“Our greatest achievement is that citizens of Yerevan have seen and felt the changes that were being made on a daily basis. This is the greatest appreciation. I would like to thank you and your families for the work that you have done over these past three years, which were difficult years. There were changes in management, and then there was COVID and war. We went through all this with honor. Mayors come and go, it’s a constant process, and what remains is Yerevan, the capital of all Armenians around the world. And so, we all need to serve our capital, build it and make it move forward. I always want to see it move forward and become better and better,” Marutyan stated.
