World oil prices are fluctuating Monday morning, and trading data attest to this, Prime reported.
Accordingly, the WTI crude oil futures for February have dropped by 0.87 percent to $73.15 a barrel.
But the Brent oil futures for March have gone up by 0.16 percent to $75.92 a barrel.
