Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, Lieutenant General Artak Davtyan today visited an air force military unit, the Armenian Ministry of Defense reported.

Davtyan was briefed on the operative situation for securing the state border in the airspace of Armenia, the level of physical and combat readiness of the personnel and the tasks set forth for the subdivisions.

Lieutenant General Artak Davtyan toured the premises of the military unit, gave assignments to organize service and wished the servicemen a Happy New Year.
