The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that US President Joe Biden signed Monday includes important provisions aimed at holding Azerbaijan and Turkey accountable for the war crimes they committed in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). US Congressman Frank Pallone, who co-chairs the Congressional Armenian Caucus, noted this on Twitter.

“I will push to ensure the required reports are accurate in documenting these crimes,” Pallone added.
