All talks are led for the purpose of achieving mutual concessions, taking into consideration each other’s principled positions, Spokesperson of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said in regard to the upcoming talks between Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden, RIA Novosti reported.
