An Azerbaijani resident in Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) passed over a landmine—and with an excavator, Azerbaijani media reported, citing the local prosecutor's office.
The incident took place Wednesday in the Akna (Aghdam) region.
The excavator operated by Vurgun Mammadov was damaged in an anti-tank mine explosion.
But the operator was not injured.
