On January 7, the Day of Remembrance of the Dead following Christmas, the Primate of Artsakh Diocese His Grace Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan conducted a holy and immortal liturgy in St. Astvatsatsin Church, at the end of which a requiem service was held. This was reported by the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church.

Later, under the guidance of His Holiness, the diocesan clergy class visited the Stepanakert Fraternal Cemetery to offer their condolences and prayers for the martyred brothers of the homeland and the faith.
