Azerbaijanis opened fire at an Armenian tractor in the Askeran region of Nagorno-Karabakh.
The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh reports that at about 5 pm the Azeris shelled a tractor and four people from Nakhijevanik village. The incident was terminated after Russian peacekeepers intervened.
The agricultural equipment was damaged.
