Three Azerbaijani provocations were recorded in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) in one day. Tigran Abrahamyan, an MP from the opposition "With Honor" Faction in the National Assembly of Armenia and a security expert, wrote this on Facebook Tuesday morning. He added as follows:

"In the direction of Karmir Shuka [village], the Azerbaijanis hit a civilian car—standing in the yard of a house—which exploded, and intense fire was fired at a tractor and 4 civilians working in the gardens of Nakhichevanik village. The third incident refers to the road passing along the adjacent section Shushi [city], where the enemy hit the car of an Armenian civilian with stones.

These three incidents were recorded yesterday, on January 10, and in the case of the 3 of them, the main common denominator is that the Azerbaijani servicemen fired targeted shots at Armenian settlements, residents, to hit agricultural machinery, a civilian vehicle, and civilians.

From the point of view of the peacekeeping mission being carried out in Artsakh, it would be right to put pressure on the Azerbaijanis to remove the combat positions [of their] that are located at the near section of Armenian settlements and can cause serious problems in various situations.

In the post-war phase, with the intervention of Russian peacekeepers, positions were removed in various directions, and I think that taking into account the Azerbaijani brazenness, there is a chance to force Azerbaijan and to remove [its] firing positions altogether in this case as well."
