According to unofficial information, two servicemen were killed as a result of an Azerbaijani provocation during the January 11 hostilities in the direction of Verin Shorzha of the Gegharkunik region of Armenia. NEWS.am tried to specify this information from the Defense Ministry, but could not get in touch with them.

According to the latest report of the Defense Ministry, at about 5:30 p.m. on January 11, the Azerbaijani armed forces resumed firing in the direction of the Armenian positions located in the eastern direction of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border with the use of artillery and UAVs. 

The Armenian side took proportional action. Three people are known to have been wounded.
