Copper prices climb on Wednesday morning on lower concerns over the real estate sector in China, trading data showed.
The price of March copper futures on the Comex exchange is growing by 0.59%, to 4.4592 dollars per pound (about 0.45 kilograms).
At the London Metal Exchange (LME) on Tuesday, the cost of a ton of copper with delivery in three months increased by 1.63%, to $ 9,719.5, aluminum - by 1.31%, to $ 2,970, zinc - by 2, 27%, up to $ 3,556 per tonne.
The copper market showed positive dynamics on Wednesday morning, helped by easing concerns about the real estate sector in China, the largest importer of copper.
