Azeris kidnapped a 53-year-old shepherd and his sheep from Tegh village of Syunik , Aravus community head Argam Hovsepyan told NEWS.am.
Hovsepyan said that most probability, he took the sheep out to graze and reached the border. He also informed that the shepherd has 1,000 sheep, maybe 500 of them were with him.
According to him, negotiations will be held with the Russian side to mediate the return of the Tegh resident.
