The situation has become tense at Republic Square in Yerevan.
Police have started apprehending the drivers who demonstrating against the upcoming increase in car insurance fees.
Also, these drivers’ cars were towed away from the square.
The aforesaid increase in car insurance fees will take effect as of February 7.
