Armenia has the opportunity to resume the negotiation process, the third President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan said in his exclusive interview.

"The Karabakh conflict is not resolved.

I am convinced that no, it is not resolved. And that's not just my belief. These are also the statements of the co-chairs.

"These authorities are not capable of doing that. I will find opportunities to say in more detail, but I think that the part of our society that thinks that Artsakh is Armenian, the part that thinks that we are able to turn our backs, I call on all those people, to unite and demand that they stop this political begging. Begging for peace has never brought peace, it has never brought. What I am saying is not that we should not strive for peace. What I am saying is that although we are defeated, although we are capitulated, we have the opportunity to resume the negotiation process.

"Do we have the right of the people of Nagorno Karabakh to self-determination? Yes, that right is inalienable. And the international community has confirmed this for a very long time. If we must now push the international community to change its mind, it is no longer the international community's problem, it's our problem."
