Azerbaijan puts obstacles to the work of international organizations in Artsakh, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan told Austrian Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg.

Asked that Azerbaijan puts obstacles for representatives of international organizations to visit Artsakh, the Foreign Minister noted that Baku's non-constructive position is also visible here.

According to him, even the ICRC, this purely humanitarian organization, is forced by Azerbaijan to fit into the policy dictated by it. The minister recalled that the ICRC is the only organization that has previously worked in Karabakh. Now Azerbaijan limits this too, Mirzoyan noted.

“We wish a constructive dialogue and resolution of all issues, our goal is peace and stability in the region. And here a similar position of Azerbaijan is required,” the minister said.
