The price of copper changed little on Thursday morning after the growth of Wednesday associated with the weakening of the dollar, while experts noted signs of its deficit in the market, according to trading data and analyst comments.
March copper futures on the Comex stock exchange remained at the level of the last close of 4.4815 dollars per pound (about 0.45 kilograms). On Wednesday, copper rose 0.7%.
On the London Metal Exchange (LME), following the results of Wednesday, the cost of a ton of copper with delivery in three months increased by 1.47% to $9839.5, aluminum fell by 1.53% to $2986, zinc rose by 0, 21%, up to $3610.
