YEREVAN. – Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan received the newly appointed German Ambassador to Armenia, Victor Richter, the government of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The interlocutors stressed the untapped potential in Armenia-Germany trade and economic relations, and discussed possible avenues for deepening cooperation between the two countries.

The German ambassador stressed that there is a good basis for cooperation on which it is possible to develop the partnership between Armenia and Germany.

They conferred also on the reforms outlined by the Armenian government in health care, education and social protection, within the framework of which the deputy PM highlighted the possible collaboration with German partners.

Grigoryan and Richter reflected also on regional developments and the ongoing work to unblock regional transport routes.
