A magnitude 5.7 earthquake shook northeastern Afghanistan—near the border with Tajikistan—on Saturday, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC).
The quake was registered at 4:16am.
It epicenter was recorded 205 kilometers east of Kunduz city, and at a depth of 209 kilometers.
There are no reports of casualties or damage yet.
