Taguhi Tovmasyan, an MP of the opposition "With Honor" Faction in the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia and Chair of the NA Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs, has addressed—within her powers—the Directorate General Human Rights and Rule of Law of the Council of Europe (CoE) and the diplomatic missions of European countries, "over the deep crisis created in the country's judiciary, which has a strong political context." This is noted, in particular, in Tovmasyan's respective message, which provided examples to the aforesaid.

"I expect from you a fair response and a corresponding objective assessment of the created situation," Taguhi Tovmasyan also wrote addressing the abovementioned European representatives.
