The information disseminated by the Azerbaijani media, according to which the units of the Defense Army allegedly opened fire on the Azerbaijani settlement of Kapanlu, are false and have nothing to do with reality.

According to the press service of the Artsakh Defense Army, in fact, the ceasefire regime was violated by the Azerbaijani armed forces in the indicated area.

The Artsakh Defense Department reaffirms its commitment to the reached trilateral ceasefire agreements and calls on Azerbaijan to refrain from such informational intrigues, the Artsakh Defense Ministry said in a statement.
