Mayor Manvel Paramazyan of Kajaran, Armenia, will be arrested again, lawyer Yervand Varosyan informed on Facebook.
"They [i.e., the Armenian authorities] instructed the Court of Appeal to re-arrest the head of Kajaran community, Manvel Paramazyan. Justice will prevail anyway, and you, scum, wait for your judgment," the lawyer wrote Monday morning.
