STEPANAKERT. – President Arayik Harutyunyan on Monday signed a decree on dismissing Lusine Gharakhanyan from the post of Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh)—by her own request.

Anahit Hakobyan has been appointed the new Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Artsakh, the Artsakh President's Office informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

And according to another presidential decree, Lusine Gharakhanyan has been appointed Adviser to the President of the Artsakh.
