NATO values its partnership with both Armenia and Azerbaijan, Javier Colomina, Alliance's Special Representative for the South Caucasus and Central Asia tweeted.

His remarks came while commenting on Azerbaijan's handover of eight Armenian prisoners of war to Armenia.

"It is indeed good news. NATO values our partnership with both Armenia and Azerbaijan, and supports the normalisation of their relations, which will contribute to increase stability and prosperity in the region," he said.
