Western sanctions hinder the development of Armenian-Iranian relations. Robert Beglaryan, member of the Iranian parliament of Armenian origin told Armenian News-NEWS.am on Wednesday.
He cited the banking sector as an illustrative example.
This factor hinders close cooperation in the private sector, Beglaryan added.
The issue, according to him, also rests on the sphere of administration: the decision-making process in Iran is always multifaceted.
