The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has accused Anton Osipchuk (born in 2003), a Ukrainian university student, as well as the members of an internet community of mass "mining" of schools, hospitals, and other facilities in Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, and other CIS countries, the FSB told RBC television of Russia.
The respective statement notes that false terrorist threats were disseminated to "destabilize the situation in Russia and neighboring countries," as well as to extort money because of hooligan motives.
