The international payment system WebMoney has stopped conducting operations with ruble wallets (WMP and WMR wallets), Lenta reports.
WebMoney explained the stoppage of servicing the Russians by the fact that the Central Bank revoked the license of the Conservative Commercial Bank, the settlement bank of the system.
Funds held in ruble wallets are frozen and will later be returned to their owners, the company said. Details and terms of the refund procedure have not yet been announced.
