The Turkish Foreign Ministry issued a recommendation on Saturday for its citizens to refrain from traveling to eastern Ukraine, TASS reports.
“Our country is closely monitoring the security situation in Ukraine. In this regard, our citizens are advised to refrain from traveling to the eastern border regions of Ukraine unless absolutely necessary.
Our citizens are advised to take all possible precautions for their personal safety and contact our embassy in Kiev before traveling,” the republic’s Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
