STEPANAKERT. – Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan on Tuesday signed a decree on dismissing Boris Arushanyan from the post of Chairman of the Civil Service Council—and in connection with the end of his respective term of office.

And by another presidential decree, Armen Tovmasyan was appointed Chairman of the Civil Service Council of Artsakh—and with a term of office of six years, the Office of the Artsakh President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
