US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov had phone talks on Tuesday, Reuters reported, citing an official source at the State Department.
According to its sources, when the foreign policy leaders spoke for the last time, they agreed to stay in touch. A State Department spokesman did not provide information on the content of the conversation.
