Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Ingrida Simonyte of Lithuania on the latter’s National Day—Restoration of the State of Lithuania. The message runs as follows, in particular:

“Armenia greatly highlights the friendly and mutually beneficial partner relations with Lithuania and is willing to strengthen and deepen the cooperation in fields of mutual interest. The atmosphere of mutual trust between Armenia and Lithuania, based on common values and historic ties, creates a strong basis for further expansion of bilateral relations and comprehensive use of the existing potential.

I am confident that by joint efforts we will be able to bring to life the agreements obtained in Vilnius in October last year in the near future, as well as use the opportunities provided by the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement signed between Armenia and the European Union for further developing the Armenian-Lithuanian bilateral and multilateral relationships for the benefit of our countries and prosperity of our peoples.”
